Spring 2007 Letter from the Board of Directors

We have been updating our membership and mailing lists and are changing the process
for producing and mailing our newsletter. Because of these endeavors, some members
did not receive the last newsletter. We, sincerely, apologize for this problem. We are optimistic about the new system and hope it will solve the difficulties we have encountered in the past.

Our master membership list now also includes the email addresses that some members have provided. If you use email, please remember to include that address on your next membership renewal form. We hope that some time in the near future, information about Association events can be sent to you by computer. However, don't be concerned if you are not part of the "email generation." We will continue to keep you informed by U.S. Mail.

This is the time of year when we ask you to renew your membership in the Ager
Association
, so please respond to the renewal form in this newsletter. In reviewing our
past history, it is clear the Association was established and can only be maintained with
your financial support. The generous gifts of your time and talents have also enriched
the Ager Association, and we hope you will continue to find volunteer opportunities on
the list included in this newsletter that will match your talents and interests.

We look forward to seeing each of you at our spring meeting, at the Syttende Mai dinner and program, and at the annual Pie & Ice Cream Social. We also hope that you will
want to come and tour the second floor library when it is completed at the Ager House. Invitations will be sent for a special celebration of that event as soon as it is finished!

Your Board of Directors,

Ken Ziehr

Borgny Ager
Carolyn Gabrielsen Barstad Tim Hirsch
